All customers are advised to return any unwanted goods in their original packaging to insure the product is not damaged on the return journey. All customers wishing to return unwanted goods have a duty of care of the goods whilst in their possession.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Most products on andytools.co.uk are available for next day delivery, unless stated otherwise when making the purchase.
If, for any reason, an item you have purchased goes out of stock whilst your order is being processed you will be notified by e-mail to inform you of the due date of delivery or offered a refund.

Where can I get some?

Step 1: find that product that you require to purchase by using the search site section or the product categories section.
Step 2: add the required products to your basket.
Step 3: check the quantity you require is correct.

Returns

Andytools is focused on selling you, our customer, the best quality products at competitive prices. If, however, the product is delivered damaged, faulty or needs repair and is under guarantee then e-mail [email protected] with the nature of your return and we will organise the rest.
All you need to do is package the item and place a copy of your receipt in the package. We will then arrange for our delivery partners at Interlink Express to collect your goods. Once in our depot we will replace, repair or refund the goods, depending on the circumstances.

How do I return faulty items?

Step 1: E-mail [email protected] quoting your invoice number and the description of the faulty goods
Step 2: We will arrange for a collection of the faulty goods by our delivery partners at Interlink Express
Step 3: Return the faulty goods in its original condition, including packages, enclose a photocopy of your proof of purchase and obtain a proof of return from Interlink Express
Step 4: We will despatch a replacement or apply a refund to your account from which your purchase was made, once we have received the goods.
