Installation and positioning
Install this centre-pivot window in pitched roof applications where the lower sill position allows excellent views whether standing or seated. The top control bar design means you can fit the window lower than traditional roof windows without compromising operation. Ensure the roof structure and flashing are prepared to the manufacturer's specifications before installation. The window's ability to open fully without protruding into the room makes it perfect for rooms with limited headroom or where you plan to place beds, desks, or wardrobes directly underneath.

Operation and ventilation
Open the top control bar to the ventilation position to allow fresh air circulation while keeping the window closed, ideal for maintaining security and preventing rain ingress during light showers. For full opening, operate the control bar to rotate the sash 180 degrees around its centre pivot, which also enables safe cleaning of the outer glass from inside without needing external access equipment. The removable and cleanable ventilation filter protects your home from dust and insects while air flows through, and should be checked and cleaned regularly depending on local air quality and pollen levels.
