Typical applications and positioning
This window is best suited to pitched roof installations in loft rooms, attic conversions and upper storeys where you need to maximise usable floor space. The lower installation position made possible by top-bar operation is particularly valuable in bedrooms and living areas where you want unobstructed views to the outside. The centre-pivot design works well in rooms with sloping ceilings where conventional windows would protrude awkwardly into the space.

Operation and ventilation
The window operates via a top control bar that you pull down to open and close the sash. The innovative design allows you to open the top control bar to a ventilation position, which cracks the window open for fresh air circulation without fully opening the sash. This is particularly useful for maintaining background ventilation whilst keeping the room secure and preventing rain ingress during light showers. The 180-degree rotation capability means you can swing the entire sash outwards and inwards for safe external glass cleaning from inside the room.

Glazing features and maintenance
The window comes fitted with premium glazing as standard, including safety lamination, toughened glass, an integrated UV filter and specialised rain noise reduction technology. A removable and cleanable ventilation filter is supplied to protect your home from dust and insects whilst allowing air circulation. Regular cleaning of this filter maintains ventilation performance and indoor air quality. The laminated and toughened glass specification provides enhanced safety, particularly important in upper-floor rooms.
