Sizing and compatibility
This window is sized at 94x160cm, which is a standard PK10 format. Before purchasing, confirm that your roof opening matches these dimensions. The centre-pivot design and top control bar operation require adequate headroom above the window frame for safe opening. Check that your roof structure can accommodate the window frame depth and that the installation location allows the sash to rotate freely without obstruction from roof timbers, joists, or other structural elements.

Installation preparation
Prepare your roof opening to the correct size and ensure the surrounding structure is sound and weathertight. The window frame must be installed level and square within the opening. You will need appropriate flashing kit for your roof covering type (tiles, slates, or flat roof) – order this separately if not included. Have blinds brackets pre-fitted before final installation if you plan to add blinds. Ensure you have adequate access and working space above the window for safe installation and future maintenance.

Operation and maintenance
The top control bar allows you to open the window to a ventilation position for fresh air without fully opening the sash – ideal for security and weather control. To clean the exterior glass, simply rotate the sash 180 degrees; the window will stay in this position safely. The removable ventilation filter should be checked regularly and cleaned or replaced as needed to maintain airflow and protect against dust and insects. The white painted finish should be cleaned with mild soap and water; avoid abrasive cleaners.
