Installation and positioning
Install this centre-pivot window on pitched roofs where the top control bar can be easily reached. The design allows you to position the window lower than traditional roof windows whilst maintaining excellent views and safe operation. Ensure the roof structure is sound and properly flashed to prevent water ingress. The pre-fitted brackets for blinds are built in, so plan your interior layout accordingly. Leave adequate clearance above the window for the control bar to operate fully.

Daily operation and ventilation
Open the top control bar to the ventilation position to allow fresh air circulation through a closed window, ideal for moisture control and air quality without full opening. The centre-pivot mechanism allows you to fully open the window even when furniture is positioned directly underneath, giving you complete flexibility in room layout. The window rotates 180 degrees for cleaning purposes, making maintenance straightforward.
