VELUX Twin and Combination Flashings 94x140cm EBL PK08 0021B
Who these flashings are for
These flashings suit builders, roofers, and experienced DIY customers installing or replacing roof windows on pitched roofs. They are ideal where you need to seal twin or multiple roof penetrations and require a proven, durable solution that meets UK building standards for weather protection.
Compatibility and sizing
These flashings are compatible with timber grades F16, F24 and F36, which covers the majority of structural timber used in UK roof construction. The 94 × 140cm size suits roof pitches between 30 and 60 degrees. Check your roof pitch angle and timber grade before ordering. If your roof pitch falls outside the 30–60 degree range, or your timber grade differs, these flashings will not perform as designed.
- Timber grades: F16, F24, F36 only
- Roof pitch range: 30–60 degrees
- Maximum length: 140cm
- Size: 94 × 140cm
What is included and material
Each pack contains the Twin and Combination Flashing unit. The vinyl construction provides weather resistance and durability, resisting UV degradation and maintaining flexibility in temperature changes. Vinyl is easier to work with than traditional lead or zinc alternatives and offers excellent long-term performance on exposed roof surfaces.
- Material: Durable vinyl with weather-resistant finish
- Designed to resist rainwater ingress and wind-driven rain
- Suitable for exposed roof conditions
Pre-installation checks
Before fitting, confirm your roof pitch falls within 30–60 degrees and identify your structural timber grade (usually marked on the timber or shown in building plans). Ensure the roof surface is clean and free from debris where the flashing will sit. Check that your roof window or penetration dimensions align with the 94 × 140cm flashing size. Have all necessary roofing materials and sealants to hand before starting work.
- Verify roof pitch angle is between 30–60 degrees
- Confirm timber grade is F16, F24 or F36
- Clean the roof surface thoroughly
- Check penetration dimensions match the flashing size
