Description

The VELUX Standard Flashing is engineered to create a secure, watertight seal around VELUX rooflights. Manufactured from 4mm EPDM rubber, it suits timber grades F16 and F24, making it suitable for both domestic and commercial construction where weather resistance is essential.

The 78cm wide × 140cm long profile accommodates standard rooflight installations and fits into confined roof spaces. Whilst designed for VELUX rooflights, this flashing is compatible with other rooflight brands and types, offering flexibility in mixed-specification projects.

Black EPDM construction resists UV exposure and temperature cycling, maintaining flexibility and seal integrity over extended service life. Installation is straightforward when used with appropriate rooflight frames and supporting timber.
