VELUX EDW CK06 2000 Pro+ Standard Flashings W/ Installation Products 55x118cm
Who this product is for
This flashing kit suits builders, roofers, and serious DIY installers fitting VELUX CK06 roof windows or Sun Tunnel systems into tile-covered pitched roofs. It is appropriate for both new build projects and refurbishment work where you need a complete, weather-tight installation with professional appearance.
Compatibility and sizing
This flashing is designed exclusively for VELUX CK06 roof windows and compatible Sun Tunnel systems. The flashing dimensions are 550×1180mm and it is engineered for tile roof profiles with a 120mm pitch. Before ordering, confirm your roof window model is CK06 and that your roof uses standard tile covering. Using the wrong flashing size or type will compromise the weather seal and may void warranty.
- Compatible with VELUX CK06 roof windows only
- Fits tile roofs with 120mm profile
- Flashing size: 550×1180mm
- Not suitable for slate, metal, or flat roofs
What is included
The kit contains the standard tile flashing unit plus all installation products needed for a complete fit. This means you should not need to source additional sealing or fixing components separately, provided you are installing into a compatible CK06 window opening.
Pre-installation checks
Before fitting, verify that your roof window opening is prepared to the correct size for a CK06 unit and that the surrounding roof structure is sound and level. Ensure the tile roof is in good condition and that the rafter spacing and pitch are suitable for standard tile coverage. Check that all components in the kit are present and undamaged. The flashing must be installed by a competent person familiar with roof work and VELUX installation procedures to ensure weather-tightness and safety.
- Confirm CK06 window opening is correctly sized and prepared
- Inspect roof structure, rafters, and tile condition
- Verify roof pitch and tile profile match 120mm specification
- Check all kit components are present before starting work
- Installation should be carried out by a competent roofer or trained installer
