This flashing is designed for use with the VELUX EDW MK04 2000 Pro+ rooflight only. It is suitable for pitched roof installations up to 4m high in both domestic and commercial properties. The product is compatible with timber roof structures graded F16 and above, which includes most standard UK roof timbers. Typical applications include new-build roofing projects, roof conversions, and replacement rooflight installations where a weather-tight seal is essential.

Installation guidance
The flashing should be installed as part of the complete rooflight assembly, following VELUX installation instructions. The 78x98cm size is designed to fit the EDW MK04 2000 Pro+ aperture precisely. Ensure the roof structure is sound and the timber grade meets the F16 minimum requirement before commencing work. The flashing must be positioned to direct water away from the rooflight frame and into the roof covering system.

Limitations and compliance
This flashing is designed for roofs up to 4m high and must not be used on steeper pitches or higher elevations without structural assessment. It is not suitable for use with timber grades below F16, as these may not provide adequate structural support. Do not use this flashing with any rooflight model other than the VELUX EDW MK04 2000 Pro+, as compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
