This is a standard flashing kit for roof window installation on plain tile roofs. You need this product if you are installing a compatible VELUX roof window or Sun Tunnel system into a pitched roof covered with plain tiles. The kit ensures water runs safely away from the window frame and integrates neatly with your existing roof covering. It is suitable for both new build and refurbishment applications.

Compatibility and sizing
This flashing is sized at 550×780mm (55×78cm) and is designed specifically for plain tile roof applications. Before ordering, confirm that your roof tiles are plain tiles and do not exceed 14mm in thickness. Check the VELUX window or Sun Tunnel model you are installing to ensure this flashing size matches the required opening dimensions. If your tiles are thicker than 14mm or you have interlocking or slate tiles, you will need a different flashing type.
