Compatibility and installation checks
Before purchasing, confirm your cavity width accommodates 125mm insulation and that cavity ties are in place at appropriate centres. The product is compatible with masonry outer and inner leaves. Ensure the cavity is clear of debris and mortar droppings, and that damp-proof courses are properly installed. The batts should be fitted snugly between cavity ties without compression, maintaining their thermal performance.

Preparation and fixing
Dritherm 32 Ultimate batts are placed within the cavity and held in position by cavity ties as the inner leaf is built. No additional fixings are required. Ensure batts are butted tightly together to eliminate gaps that would reduce thermal performance. Work methodically from the base upwards, checking alignment as you progress. The product should be kept dry before and during installation.
