Choosing the right product

The 90mm thickness provides thermal resistance suitable for most wall, floor and roof applications whilst remaining manageable to handle and install. Thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK ensures compliance with current building regulation standards. Check your project specification for required U-values and thermal resistance (R-value) to confirm this thickness meets your requirements. Before you install

Inspect boards on delivery for damage to edges and faces. Store boards flat and dry on site, protected from weather and direct sunlight. Ensure the substrate (wall, floor or roof structure) is clean, dry, level and structurally sound before installation. Check that fixings, adhesives and any vapour control layers specified in your project design are available on site. Confirm the application method – whether boards will be mechanically fixed, adhesive-bonded or both – and that all necessary tools and safety equipment are ready.

Pack contents and ordering

Each board measures 1200 x 2400 x 90mm. Calculate the number of boards required by dividing your total insulation area by the board area (2.88 m² per board) and add waste allowance for cutting. Multiple brands are available – Ecotherm, IKO, Mannok, Recticel and Unilin – with stock subject to availability. Confirm brand and delivery timescale when placing your order.
