Compatibility and sizing

This flashing set is engineered exclusively for Xombi Element 2 roof windows and will not fit other Velux window models or manufacturers' products. The 55 × 70 dimension corresponds to the standard size of the Xombi Element 2 window frame. Before ordering, confirm your existing or planned window model and size by checking the window frame itself or your installation documentation. Standard installation means the flashing is designed for typical pitched roof applications with conventional rafter and tile or slate configurations.

Installation and professional-grade specification

The PRO+ specification indicates this is a professional-grade flashing set with materials and construction standards suitable for demanding roof environments. Installation should follow Velux's detailed instructions supplied with the set, which cover positioning, securing, and sealing the flashing components around the window frame. The flashing must be installed before roof covering (tiles, slates, or other materials) is laid, and all joints must be sealed properly to prevent water penetration.
