Description

This FD30 fire-rated door lining is manufactured from softwood and supplied primed white, offering a durable frame component for internal doorways that must meet fire safety standards. The 2100 x 125 x 32mm (5" x 1") profile includes a loose stop and is pre-routered to accommodate intumescent strips, which expand under heat to seal gaps and prevent smoke and flame spread. The primed finish protects the timber and provides a neutral base for final decoration.

The loose stop design allows flexibility during installation and adjustment, whilst the pre-routed channels eliminate on-site machining and reduce fitting time. Suitable for use with FD30-rated doors in residential and commercial buildings where fire compartmentalisation is required.
