EUROWALL + PIR insulation boards combine rigid PIR foam core with a full fill cavity system, designed for straightforward installation in timber-framed and masonry cavity walls. The tongue and groove edge profile ensures tight joints between boards, minimising thermal bridging and air leakage. At 90mm thickness, these boards deliver substantial insulation value whilst fitting standard cavity widths.

Each board measures 1200 × 460mm, allowing efficient coverage and reducing waste on site. We stock cavity wall insulation boards from leading manufacturers including Ecotherm, IKO, Mannok, Recticel and Unilin, with availability subject to current stock levels.
