Description

Torus Primed Moisture Resistant MDF Profile combines traditional torus curve styling with engineered moisture resistance, making it a practical choice for interior spaces subject to humidity and temperature fluctuation. The 18mm × 148mm cross-section provides substantial visual presence whilst remaining lightweight and easy to handle on site. Factory priming reduces on-site preparation time and ensures consistent base coverage before final decoration.

The moisture-resistant core treatment helps prevent the cupping, swelling, and edge-lifting common in standard MDF when exposed to kitchen steam or bathroom moisture. Supplied in 5.49 metre lengths, the profile is suitable for architraves, dado rails, wall panelling, and decorative trim applications. It machines cleanly, accepts nails and screws reliably, and takes paint and stain finishes well once primed.
